Not long ago, we here at Point to Point sat down to do what we always do this time of year: send out a feel-good holiday card that captures the spirit of the season. But with so many challenges facing our great country—from unemployment and foreclosures to poverty and war—we thought a card was a bit shallow. Instead, we thought, “Why not use our creativity to actually make a difference?” To that end, each of us set out with a $20 bill in-hand ready to change the world—or at least a small part of it.
